To conduct my business effectively and efficiently the following terms and conditions apply:

Emergencies will be exempt

Please maintain communication with COACH T

Rescheduling days at camp will be based on illness or serious reason for not attending,

A text message cancellation on the day does not get rescheduled. No refunds policy

All payments must be signed up before attending camp day/week If not, the child may not participate in the day event with an overdue or unpaid account same condition applies

RULES AT FACILITY :

  1. CORRECT FOOTWEAR MUST BE WORN ON PLAYING SURFACES ASTRO (PLASTIC MOULDS) TRAINERS FOR INDOOR
  2. OWN PACK LUNCH (NO FIZZY DRINKS)
  3. THERE IS PUBLIC PARKING ON EACH END OF FACILITY
  4. NO ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE RESULT WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE
  5. EFFECT OF BEING SENT HOME
  6. THERE IS NO SMOKING NEAR AT FACILITY
  7. CHEWING GUM MUST NOT BE CONSUMED AT THE FACILITY
  8. ITHIP DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY CUSTOMER BELONGINGS WHILST AT CAMP OR ON-SITE AT THE FACILITY.
